The first food you need to eat all the time is whole bread, or just any other type of whole grain product, like whole pasta or red rice.

These foods are good for your hair because they are going to add a lot of nutrients to it and also because they are very rich in fibers.

Fibers are good for your hair because they are going to help eliminate the waste and toxins from your body.

I've told you before that your hair is like a plant, it can't grow on a polluted environment, when you eat the rich western foods, you are going to pollute your body and most importantly, you are going to block these pollutants inside your body.

We call this: constipation.

When you are constipated, you are going to block the toxins inside your body and they are going to poison your hair and make it weaker and it will start to fall soon.

However, when you eat whole grain products, you are going to add a lot of fibers to your foods that are going to help you get rid of toxins every single day.

Let's talk now about the best ways to make your hair not only healthy but also very beautiful and attractive.

The first way is to eat a lot of nuts, especially almonds and walnuts.

They are very rich in essential fatty acids like omega threes and they are also going to help you get the right amount of vitamin E which has been proved many times to be very healthy for your hair.

Just a handful a day will suffice.

The second thing you can do starting from today is to drink a lot of water.

Tap or bottled water, whatever you like, it needs just to be healthy and containing the right amounts of minerals, this is the reason why I prefer spring water, it's the healthiest.

These are the most important things to start adding to your diet every single day to have the best hair possible.
