Additional Hair Care Information:

Every morning when you look at the mirror and search for the beautiful yourself, the reflection might give you a heinous surprise. Untangling and then managing unruly hair can be a battle throughout the glorious moments that life has to offer. Considering the expenses that you would have to bear, you might think of shiny manageable hair only in the advertisements.

Much to your respite, here are 5 easy and really low-cost methods that you can adopt to have the healthy hair of your dreams:

1. Hose You Hair Correctly:

You don't need to flood water head-on, literally, but pamper while washing it. Washing needs to be proper when you're considering, keep in mind not to wash it everyday as doing so might eliminate natural oil from your scalp, thus leading to dull hair.

The correct way to give your hair a wash is by massaging the scalp by a conditioner and shampoo for about 40 seconds before washing it. Massaging helps in circulation on the scalp, which prevents flake formation (dandruff).

2. The Art Of Drying Hair:

If you think the first point does the trick, think again. After washing, it is equally important to keep a check on the correct method of drying.

While air-drying is okay, blow dryers can be more beneficial to keep it healthy, if used correctly. Keep the setting of the blow dryer on 'cool' and hold it a little away so that only air reaches the hair and not the heat that can damage your scalp.

Do not wring the scalp with towel as is prone to breakage when they're wet. If you use hot rollers or iron, always use protection spray.

3. Don't Brush When Its Wet:

Wet hair is weaker and may fall out if they are brushed while wet. Also, avoid excessive brushing, because it's a myth that brushing your hair 100 times a day will give you smoother hair- they'll, in fact, break and fall.

Prefer using natural bristle brush like a boar bristle brush as they help in distributing natural oil throughout and make it shinier and softer.

4. Reduce the Style Chemicals:

Styling products contain chemicals that make your scalp dry, if applied directly on the scalp. If you must, try applying the product only on hair strands, but avoid using them regularly. Applying it 4 times a week can give you the desired without maximum damage.

5. Food And Strong Hair:

Diet can affect too! Apart from your body, food rich in omega-3 fatty acids promote healthy hair. Stuff like Salmon, tuna, flax seed oil, dry fruits and milk are fatty acids-rich morsels that may help in providing for lustrous hair.
